www.ferragamooutlet-us.org packages will be delivered by EMS,USPS or DHL. A signature is required for the package. If no one is home, the package can be picked up at the post office (bring ID).
After payment is received it will go through a 2-48 hours processing period .Once the Processing Phase is complete, please allow 3-12 business days for arrival of merchandise. Additional delays may occur during the months of November - January due to the high demand and heavy load on postal services and customs. International orders might be subject to import taxes/duties. For information, please contact your local customs authority. Any such taxes are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not paid by www.ferragamooutlet-us.org
Q: What is your complete returns policy?
A: In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer.
To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. Please do not send back the product to the address which prints on the EMS list. For if you send to this address, we can not get back the product. Please contact with our customer service to get delivery address if you want to return items.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt date - unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding 25% re-stocking/processing fee and US$40 return fee. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
To send an item back to us, you may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance (use EMS to ship back), as www.ferragamooutlet-us.org cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
To exchange a product, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping, as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels. For overseas orders this process can take up to 30 days.
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately within 2-3 hours. 25% cancellation fee needed. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
